Birthdays and Musical Monday!

Hello Everyone,

Sorry for my lack of posting. The last weeks of the year and the first few weeks of the year are always my busiest time at work. I have got the old year out of my office and all of my files set up for the new year. Yay!!! I was so sick of files!!!

Speaking of sick. Late Friday evening I got sick and stayed sick til Sunday. I was hoping over the weekend to get some blogging done but never even turned on the computer. So glad I am feeling better today.

Friday was also my brother Ray's birthday. He would have been 38. He passed away when he was 17. Here's a picture of him.

Miss this guy like ya'll wouldn't believe!! It's sad that he's been dead longer than he was alive. Happy Birthday little brother!! Oh and yes this is who my adorable grandson was named after.

It was also Alda's birthday. She is one of the first friends I made when I came to Alabama. Happy 45th Alda!!

**brought to you by Jori and Diane**

So today is Musical Monday and I believe it is the first one that Jori and Diane have hosted. This is a video of Def Leppard - Pour Some Sugar On Me. It was one of my brother's favorite songs and I have a great memory of him singing it and playing air guitar in his room. I'm choosing it in memory of him. Every time I hear it, it brings a smile to my face. I always say well hello Ray!

Have a blessed day!
