Work It Out Wednesday -- Week 5

Hello Everyone,


Time to confess my sins. lol Not really but it is time to blog about my sweat sessions workouts for this week. First let me say that since I have joined in on the Crystal Lite Challenge I have indeed been doing great with drinking my water. Every day!!

I have only worked out three days this week though. So that is basically an hour and a half of work during a 7 day period. Not good, not good at all. Does this really matter? Yes it does because I have gained 2 lbs. So I am really going to kick it in gear this week. I had been losing steadily every week and could tell in my clothes.

I am not going to let this get to me though. I can only do a half hour a day until the 25th when I go back to the doctor's so more time isn't the answer for now. Doing it every day is! Now all I have to do is get my big butt up for only 30 minutes a day. How hard can that be?

Sherrie always includes some great tips on her Work It Out Wednesday's posts. I won't be doing that but thought I'd share from time to time some things that I have done. I like the Weight Watcher's Smart Ones meals. I like a lot of their meals and their desserts. The two I like the best are
Chicken Enchiladas Suiza and Santa Fe Style Rice & Beans. I have put both of these on a baked potato (not at the same time lol) - yummy! I have also bought baked tortilla chips and put them both (not at the same time lol) on the chips and top with lettuce. I find that I am really full and both of these taste great!

Even small things are better than nothing! :)
I have to say I am a lover of Crystal Light myself and it does help me with my water intake as well...kind of mixes things up so I forget it's even water lol!

I too love Crystal Light in my water! It makes it so much easier to drink that way.

Well, at least you made it 3 times instead of none at all!! I like Yaya's tip, although I'd have a tough time following that rule!! :-)

I like Crystal Light, too. I'm finding though that drinking water is easy if I drink 2-3 bottles during my cardio or workout! So, that's a big plus for me.

And -- those Smart Ones meals are pretty decent. I enjoy the quesadillas. But -- after eating them almost daily last summer, I got sick of them. LOL! It's been a while since I had any.

Now, Skinny Cows...LOVE them! LOL!
