Aloha Friday - Favorite Memory

Hello Everyone,

Ok it's time for An Island Life's Aloha Friday. This is what Aloha Friday means:

In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.

Ok so today my question to you is in honor of Mother's Day.

What is your favorite memory of just you and your mother?

My answer is when I had my daughter. She was in the delivery room with me and I really don't know who else I would have wanted with me. I was a lot calmer with her there. I understood the joy she felt when my own daughter asked me to be with her and her husband when she delivered her baby.

So now you need to answer my question. Oh and don't forget to hop over and check out everyone else's or join in on the fun. Until next time

Have a blessed day!

When I was little and she would play outside with me. I have 3 younger sisters so it is never me and my mom.

One of them is when we went to see Sister Act at the theater and she thought it was so funny she just laughed hysterically, and I thought she was so funny so I was laughing hysterically at her! Not the only time something like that has happened, but a memorable one!

I have always loved playing games and doing puzzles with my mom. We've always done both!

My father was such a tyrant that there usually was NO fun. But one day when he was sleeping my brother and I got into a rubber band war in the living room and the next thing we new our mom was right there with us. We had scads of rubber bands all over the house. It was such fun!
