I have only worked out three days this week though. So that is basically an hour and a half of work during a 7 day period. Not good, not good at all. Does this really matter? Yes it does because I have gained 2 lbs. So I am really going to kick it in gear this week. I had been losing steadily every week and could tell in my clothes.
I am not going to let this get to me though. I can only do a half hour a day until the 25th when I go back to the doctor's so more time isn't the answer for now. Doing it every day is! Now all I have to do is get my
