Work It Out Wednesday

Hello Everyone,

So this week I’ve done a lot better with my exercise. I even got exercise in on the weekend!! I am still only doing 30 minutes a day alternating days between walking and riding my bike. Tomorrow I go back to get the ok or the not ok to workout a little longer every day.

I have been really looking at the EA Sports Active game for Wii. I have heard some good things about it. My daughter has the Wii Fit board but I think I am going to try the EA Sports before I ask to borrow her Wii Fit.

So let me know if any of you have tried it and what you think.

Since starting the Crystal Lite challenge I have been getting in all of my water. So that is always a plus.

As far as my diet is going I haven’t really blogged about it in my WIOW posts. I am eating a light breakfast but a big lunch and if I do eat dinner it is usually light too.

Hop on over to Sherrie’s blog and check out her WIOW.

Have a blessed day!

Thanks for posting. Now, you know...you should eat every 3-4 hours. :) That's my hubby's golden rule when it comes to diet and nutrition. It keeps your metabolism up. Good job on getting in the 30 minutes a day. I'm happy for you! And -- I hope you get good news from the doctor!

You sound like you're doing better than me...I seem to have completely lost my 'mojo'....I don't have the Wii Active thing but I do have that My Personal Fitness Coach--it requires a lot of measuring to get started but it's much more personal than many of the other ones I've seen!

Good for you! I'm trying to lose some weight too, but it is slow coming off!

Thanks for stopping by Semi-Happy Homemaker on my special day! Hope you come back again!

You are doing great! My husband bought the EA Active thing for the Wii. He bought it weeks ago and we have yet to start doing it. I wish I could buy a bottle of motivation because that is what I am sorely lacking.
