A Couple of Prayer Requests

Hey I hope you all had a great Christmas and New Year. It actually snowed here in Alabama Christmas day. I did not get out in it though, just stuck my head out the door to look at it. I'll write a post with some pics about our Christmas later though. As for right now this is the second day that we have been able to get out of the house after being snowed in for a couple of days. I am telling you that I am officially tired of the snow!

I have a lot to share with you all but for now I am stopping by to ask you if you would say a couple of prayers for a couple of people.

First I have a friend who's grandson really needs our prayers. His name is Jayden and he is improving some everyday but has a long way to go. So please remember him.

If you are at all familiar with the Siestas then you probably have already heard about this next prayer request.

This is Joanne. The other day her daughter found her collapsed next to her treadmill. She had had a stroke. She is only 38 years old and the mother of two. For more details and updates about Joanne you can visit her blog The Simple Wife or you can hop over to Mustard Seeds. Right now she is a asleep. She has had two surgeries and they are just waiting for her to wake up. I didn't know Joanne or wasn't even familiar with her blog before her stroke. But I do know a couple of very good friends of hers. They are very close to her and they are also hurting. So please remember Joanne's family and friends during this time. She really needs prayers right now.

Have a blessed day!
  Valerie

I just started following you on Twitter, and I know that we don't know each other, but wanted to let you know that I will be praying for these requests! Hope that you have a blessed day!

Prayers will surely be given for this little angel. I would also be asking my friends to pray for him too. With God's help, hopefully this little angel would just be fine.
